What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is unique to embroidery and involves converting your design into a format that our embroidery machines can read. Whether you have a digital file or not, our expert digitizers use specialized software to adjust the style, direction, and density of the stitches. This process ensures your design looks exceptional on fabric, setting it apart from just having a digital file.

 
 

Custom Labels

Custom tags are an excellent way to set your brand apart, conceal the shirt's manufacturer, and enhance the premium appearance of your apparel. Garments with tear-away tags are exempt from our tag removal fee. However, be aware that on lighter fabrics, ink might show through to the back, so we recommend using light grey ink to mitigate this effect.

Please remember that tag prints must comply with The Federal Wool & Trade Act, which requires listing the Country of Origin and Fabric content. Additionally, if you're printing on multiple brands or fabrics, each one will need its own tag.

It's important to note that we can only remove the brand tag, not the legal tag, unless you request a new label be applied. Typically, shirts have two tags: one for the brand and one for legal information, including size and country of origin. For legal reasons, we cannot remove both tags unless you choose to add a new neck label containing all the necessary legal information.
